Q. How much do the gift hamper boxes cost & how many food items can I chose to fill them?
A. There are three box sizes:

• The smallest box holds 6 items; the average cost including products is £19.99.
• The medium size box holds 12 items; the average cost including products is £29.99
• The largest size box holds 20 items; the average including products is £49.99.

Q What material is the box made of?
A All our boxes are hand made in the UK from top quality assured wood. We attached two rope handles either side of the box for easy carrying purposes. The box is very robust and can be used by the recipient after the food products have been used for varies purposes i.e. as storage containers.

Q. Where does my personal message appear?
A. We use the latest printing technology to directly print your chosen design & message onto the lid of the box. Just enter your message on the website (anything up to 99 characters). Your message will be classed as private and confidential.

Q. What are the delivery charges?
A. We operate a five day delivery service, cost for delivery per box is £5.99. All orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Any Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge of £5.99. Non UK delivery charges may be higher.

Q. How are the products packaged?
A. We use coloured wood wool to package all our products in their boxes, this ensures smooth transit for delivery and gives the maximum visual effect when your gift is opened.

Q. What happens if the recipients are out during the week?
A. A card will be posted when there is no-one to accept your gift hamper, it is then up to the recipient to contact the courier directly to re-arrange delivery. There is no extra charge to you or the recipient to re-arrange delivery. If you have the recipient’s mobile number we can arrange via text a suitable time to deliver .

Q. What is the minimum shelf life of the products?
A. All our products vary in shelf life. Our average shelf life on jar products i.e. preserves and chutneys is 12 months. On our cakes, cookies and muffins there is an 8 week minimum shelf life.

Q What are the products like?
A. Most of our products are hand made using only the finest ingredients to proven recipes. We do not supply the major supermarkets, but our products can be found in high class delicatessens, farmshops & garden centres.
