If you have chosen our Almond cookies for your gift hamper the ingredients are wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (palm & rapeseed oil in variable proportions, emulsifiers E471, flavour, colorant E160a) Almond (7%) milk protein, lupine flour, invert sugar syrup, salt, raising agent (E500) Always check ingredient and allergy information on product labels before consumption as these details may change from time to time.

Store in a cool dry place avoiding direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in airtight container.

The ingredients are sourced from approved suppliers and stored under appropriate storage conditions before entering the mixing process. The dough is formed through a depositor, before baking at approx 180oc. The biscuits are cooled and wrapped (flow wrapped and placed in boxes/tins) before being passed through a metal detector and weighted.
