Storage conditions. Store in a cool dry place avoiding direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in airtight container. The ingredients are sourced from approved suppliers and stored under appropriate storage conditions before entering the mixing process. The dough is formed through a depositor, before baking at approx 180oc. The biscuits are cooled and wrapped (flow wrapped and placed in boxes/tins) before being passed through a metal detector and weighted.
