INGREDIENTS: Wholemeal Breadcrumb 85% ( Wheatflour, Salt, Yeast), Dried Chestnut  10%, Dried Onion Flake 3% Mixed Herbs 2%

PREPARATION – Mix the contents of the packet with 270ml (9.5 fl oz) of boiling water and 25g (1oz) of butter or margarine. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 10 minutes before stuffing the dish. If not cooking straight away, store in a refrigerator until required. 

SERVING SUGGESTION – Chestnut stuffing is ideal for all kinds of poultry and pork but can equally be used for stuffing most types of meat, game and many vegetables such as peppers and tomatoes.
