Garlic & Herb Stuffing

This is an excellent stuffing, especially with poultry, game & fish dishes.

INGREDIENTS: Wholemeal Breadcrumb 86% ( Wheatflour, Salt, Yeast), Dried Garlic 7%, Dried Onion Flake 4% Mixed Herbs 2%, Dried Parsley.
PREPARATION – Mix the contents of the packet with 300ml (10.5 fl oz) of boiling water and 25g (1oz) of butter or margarine.
Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 10 minutes before stuffing the dish. If not cooking straight away, store in a refrigerator until required. 
SERVING SUGGESTION – Garlic & Herb stuffing is ideal for all kinds of poultry and pork but can equally be used for stuffing most types of meat,
game and many vegetables such as peppers and tomatoes.
