Parsley, Thyme & Lemon Stuffing

An unusual blend of wholemeal breadcrumbs, lemon peel, dried thyme & parsley. Ideal for poultry & pork dishes.

INGREDIENTS: Wholemeal Breadcrumb 77% (Wheatflour, Salt, Yeast), Lemon Peel 14% (*preservative : sulphur dioxide, glucose/fructose syrup), Dried Thyme 4% Dried Parsley 2.5% Dried Onion Flake 2.5%

PREPARATION – Mix the contents of the packet with 270ml (9.5 fl oz) of boiling water and 25g (1oz) of butter or margarine. Mix thoroughly and allow to stand for 10 minutes before stuffing the dish. If not cooking straight away, store in a refrigerator until required. 

SERVING SUGGESTION – Parsley, Thyme and Lemon stuffing is ideal for all kinds of poultry and pork but can equally be used for stuffing most types of meat, game and many vegetables such as peppers and tomatoes.
